• Be careful who you share your goals with because there are going to be plenty of people who are going to tell you don’t do it, and discourage you.
• Mediocrity is more of a risk, that taking steps to reach your goals
• Find your limiting beliefs, and tackle them head on with an awesome network and being honest with yourself. 
• The importance of a grateful mindset and journaling
• Thinking long term, and budgeting to build consistent deal flow
• The importance of having posture with sellers
• What to do if you want to get started in Real Estate.
• Be vulnerable and ask for help
• Have a clear vision is THE only way to stay focused.
• Chose your marketing tactics that suite your skillset and go all in.
